Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $20.00 excluding Manicure, Polish Change Mani, Polish Change Pedi, Polish Change Gel Pedi, Acrylic Remover, Dip Power Remover, Extra Gel and Nail Art services, which will be subject to a charge of $10.00 deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1.00.
